Working closely with the commercial kitchen consultant, AOM Australia was involved from the project start to design, supply and commission 13 different commercial kitchen exhaust hoods for the multiple different kitchens throughout the project site.
The major retirement living development was located on the SwanCare Bentley Site in Perth, Western Australia. The development included:
- A new Satellite Kitchen and pantry’s to a new 4 story aged care building
- A Cafe kitchen and servery to service aged care residents, family, friends, staff, and village residents.
- A Main Production Kitchen to service 400+ residents
AOM Australia was heavily involved in the supply phase of the project, with our local resources ensuring site measurements to guarantee a smooth supply and installation process.
