AOM HC Series hood AS1668.2-2012 certification audited at Neil Perry’s Spice Temple Sydney
AOM Australia recently equipped Neil Perry’s Rockpool Group Spice Temple Restaurant in CBD Sydney with a fully integrated HCF kitchen exhaust hood with electrostatic precipitators to stop the exhaust of smoke and the build-up of grease in the ducts.
AOM also provides the regular cleaning and maintenance of the filtration system, which is vital to maintain the high level filtration efficiency.
In line with the requirements of our HC Series hood certification to AS1668.2-2012, AOM was audited by Global-Mark. The audit was carried out on the equipment installed at Spice Temple Sydney and concluded that AOM equipment fully complies with the requirements of AS1668.2-2012 and AOM project management systems fully comply with industry standards.
This final outcome concludes a successful year for AOM. We have again expanded our team to better service our Clients and we have carried out a number of fulfilling and challenging projects to add to our vast experience in commercial kitchen exhaust and filtration.
