When Devon Café opened their latest location in Barangaroo, AOM Australia was entrusted with the design and supply of their cooking filtration and odour mitigation to reduce their exhaust discharge into the bustling business and shopping district. AOM installed a complete Commercial kitchen exhaust hood which included inbuilt filtration and odour mitigation as follows:
- AOM HCFO Series kitchen exhaust hood
- AOM stainless steel honeycomb filters
- AOM single pass electrostatic filters
- AOM OG Series ozone generator
- AOM LED lights
Since 2016 AOM has serviced and maintained the hood, visiting the location monthly to rotate and clean the electrostatic cells, not only maintaining the efficiency of the hood but also extending the life of the hood and subsequently the warranty coverage.
