AOM Australia supplies Shaw Centre Singapore with signature HCFO Series Exhaust Hoods

When global brand Les Amis Group needed new kitchen exhaust hoods for 2 of their tenancies in the Shaw Centre in Singapore they looked no further than AOM.

Teaming up with AOM Singapore, AOM Australia designed and manufactured the exhausts hoods to the Client’s requirements. Manufacturing was carried out in our plant in Malaysia in order to minimise transport costs to Singapore.

The Shaw Centre is a shopping mall and food court located in the Orchard Rd shopping district of Singapore. Both the new Indigo Blue and Tenjin restaurants at the Shaw Centre installed AOM Australia’s HCFO hoods.

AOM HCFO hoods combine inbuilt high efficiency electrostatic precipitators and ozone injection to remove smoke/grease particles and mitigate odour at the hood level. This ensures that grease particles are removed near the source of the contamination, significantly decreasing the build up of grease in duct systems. The performance of there hoods is backed by R&D in collaboration with Australian Universities as well as independent testing.
